As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous going into the process. I was across the country for work during most of the home buying process, but Darlene was always incredibly accessible and accommodating (even across time zones). There were times when I wouldn't even be able to say for sure when I would be in town, but Darlene would manage to pull things together for me at the last second when I gave her a late answer. The company that I chose to use for my mortgage was a huge pain to work with and was causing communication issues between all of the parties involved, and Darlene went out of her way to reign them in and drag them kicking and screaming all the way to the closing date (which due to some miracles on Darlene's end we managed to meet, despite the lender doing their best to mess it up). I cannot recommend Darlene highly enough. If you're looking for someone that is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and someone that will go the extra mile to fight for you and get your deal done, look no further. I can't imagine buying my next home without Darlene's services.

My husband and I were moving back to Ohio from another state and with a newborn so we had a lot on our plate and only a couple of weeks to find a home and as first time home buyers we did not know what to expect. Countless days we would contact her way past office hours even on Saturday nights with homes we wanted to see and she was always quick to respond and never got annoyed even when I had no idea what type of house I was looking for.
